A Wedding Across Time
This collection is dedicated to my mother, who never had a wedding of her own. Through interviews, I transformed fragments of her dream wedding into a contemporary bridal narrative inspired by veils, gloves, bouquets, wedding cakes, and her dream dress. Traditional bridal materials are combined with TPU and hand-drawn 3D printing to create translucent, sculptural textiles. Custom floral prints, developed from scans of my mother’s favorite bellflower, capture the passage of time and memory. This collection reimagines an unfulfilled wedding as a tribute to my mother and a celebration of dreams preserved across generations.
