Company of Strangers AW27 collection is a nod to Shibui a Japanese aesthetic of understated elegance where the beauty is in the quiet functionality of every garment.  

Timeless. effortless and practical yet with an artistic grace, fabrics are of course natural. Fine wools, cottons, playful printed denim, paired with textured viscose and echinacea printed silk charmeuse.

The colour palette is refined, calming yet invigorating. Multiple shades of blue, Japanese ink, cornflower, periwinkle, scorched with a fiery burnt paprika.

Sustainability
Company of Strangers promotes circularity by producing timeless designs and choosing only natural fibres and we are proudly MADE IN NZ.

With correct care, our garments will hold their value, meaning they can be handed down or resold for further wardrobe re-investment, our garments have a reputation for being able to move through multiple life cycles. Our ‘Company’ collection uses only Australian grown climate positive and fully traceable certified cotton with garments made in NZ.
