2020 iD International Emerging Designer Awards
WE’RE DELIGHTED TO PRESENT A NEW CONCEPT FOR THE 2020 ID INTERNATIONAL EMERGING DESIGNER AWARDS, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTAGO POLYTECHNIC.
This year iD is working with the incredible talent at Dunedin’s NHNZ to create a digital production to showcase young designers from around the world in a sustainable manner.
In an exciting first, the iD International Emerging Designer Awards in association with Otago Polytechnic has moved online. View the 32 finalists collections in a video filmed in bedrooms, hallways and parks across 14 countries in Covid-19 lockdown. This video provides a very personal insight into finalists as they introduce themselves and their design inspiration.
The video will be released on Saturday 8 August 2020.
However, those in Dunedin on Friday 7 August 2020 can attend the world premiere of the D International Emerging Designer Awards Video at The Hub, at Otago Polytechnic from 7pm.
